Delivery Policy

Amazon Valley Mission commits to delivering products purchased in the online store efficiently and safely. Our delivery policy is based on the services of the Brazilian Postal Service (Correios), detailing the deadlines, costs, and procedures involved in the shipping process.

  1. Delivery Deadlines 1.1. Delivery times vary based on the destination region and the shipping method chosen at checkout. The approximate delivery times provided by Correios are:

    • SEDEX: 1 to 3 business days for capitals and large cities.

    • PAC: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the location. 1.2. These times are counted from the next business day after the products are posted with Correios. 1.3. Mission Amazon Valley commits to posting orders with Correios within a maximum of two business days after payment confirmation.

  2. Shipping Costs 2.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the products, and the destination ZIP code. 2.2. The shipping cost will be shown at checkout before confirming the order.

  3. Order Tracking 3.1. After the order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking code provided by Correios. 3.2. You can track the delivery status through the Correios website [https://rastreamento.correios.com.br/] using the tracking code.

  4. Delivery Attempts 4.1. Correios will make up to three delivery attempts at the address provided. 4.2. If all attempts fail, the order will be sent to the nearest Correios agency to the delivery address, where it will be available for pickup for a specified period. 4.3. If the order is not picked up within the set timeframe, it will be returned to our distribution center. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, and the cost of reshipping will be the buyer's responsibility.

  5. Delivery Address 5.1. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. 5.2. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  6. Delivery Issues 6.1. If there is any issue with delivery, such as product damage, tampered packaging, or loss, please contact us immediately via the email or phone provided in section 7. 6.2. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
