Exchange, return, refund, and payment policy
The Amazon Valley Mission, committed to transparency and the satisfaction of its supporters, establishes the following exchange, return, refund, and payment policy:

Ticket Sales for Retreats and Congresses
1.1. Tickets purchased for retreats and congresses held in Iranduba or in the riverside communities can be returned up to one week before the event, with a full refund of the amount paid.
1.2. To request a return, contact us with the purchase details.
1.3. After the one-week deadline before the event, returns or refunds of tickets will not be possible. -
Expedition Packages
2.1. Expedition packages, which include transportation from Manaus to Iranduba, meals, accommodation, and contributions for gasoline or diesel transportation, can be canceled with a full refund up to two weeks before the expedition date.
2.2. If the cancellation occurs between two weeks and one week before the expedition date, a 50% retention fee of the package value will be charged.
2.3. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted one week before the expedition date.
2.4. To request cancellation and refund, contact the Finance Department with the purchase details. -
Online Store
3.1. Products purchased from our online store are not eligible for exchange.
3.2. All funds raised in the online store are allocated to the missionary field, specifically for church construction.
3.3. The delivery time for products purchased from the online store follows the timelines set by Correios.
3.4. If a purchased product has a manufacturing defect, contact the Finance Department within 7 business days after receipt to evaluate the situation and arrange for a refund or a replacement product. -
Contributions and Financial Donations
4.1. Financial contributions or donations for the maintenance of the Amazon Valley Mission or the Amazon Valley Institute can be one-time or recurring, and are directed towards the general maintenance of the mission.
4.2. Once made, financial offerings are non-refundable.
4.3. If a person registers their credit card or another form of payment to make recurring offerings and wishes to cancel, change the payment method, or change the payment date, these adjustments can be made by contacting the finance department.
4.4. For changes or cancellation of recurring donations, contact the Finance Department. -
